Extremely disappointed

My package was specified as 100% new yet it didn't come in a box and was wrapped extremely tight in clear wrap to the point two of the fingers were broken and I had to glue them back on and the right leg was bent to the point it keeps falling over, oh and not to mention missing the magnet in his foot, "100% new" explain it how it is and don't false advertise
