  Everything arrived broken… canister were packaged nested and were all shattered when I opened them. Packaging was very poor! $16 for shipping was ridiculously high for things that were packaged so poorly

  I’m puzzled as I ALWAYS wrap REALLY well, as if the package is going into a war zone. Nothing in this box could’ve moved, it was so well insulated, including the nested items. Did she take photos? Has she filed a claim with the USPS? Because the only way items could’ve shattered would be if the USPS ran over the box with a mail truck. And the shipping was actually discounted, per Ebay’s discount. It was a heavy box.
