Not just for sheet music...
1 of 1 found this helpful This is billed as a sheet music holder. I don't often use sheet music but I think this is too small for sheet music. I suppose you could fashion a board to attach to it to keep the sheet music from flopping over. I also don't use this with a mic stand as most likely will. I use this with Metro racks that I have around the house. I knew before buying these that the dimensions were not favorable for sheet music but it is favorable for my purposes. I have one by my living room chair to hold a tablet and cell phone. I may get another to do the same next to my bed. I also use one on a rack with some of my guitar amps. Specifically, I use this for either a drum machine or multi-effects pedal as shown or even just a few stand-alone pedals when I don't want to bend over to make fine adjustments. The attachment arm is sturdy and offers a decent amount of adjustment. I also have a few K&M magnets for when I need to hold some paper to the stand. There are two changes I would like to see. First, it would be cool if there were several holes along the bottom lip to run cables through. When used for sheet music, this is pointless, I admit, but for people like me who use this for electronics, it would be great. This would also save a little weight. Second, I would change the packaging. It's placed in a box that is about 6" too long so that the stand is free to slide around during shipping. Also, there is only a sheet of bubble wrap around it but nothing between the back of the holder and the arm so it might be possible to get scratched in transit. No issues with mine but again, a smaller box would be more appropriate.

Take a tip from me...
These are my favorite earbud tips. Sony really annoyed me with the way they sold these here. They would package several sizes together but only one of each size forcing you to pay quite a bit for the one size you needed. To add injury to insult, Sony stopped selling them here altogether. Fortunately, they can still be purchased from Japan and you get 2 sets of your preferred size without the waste of paying for sizes you have no use for. These are slightly more difficult to put on but they stay on much better. They form a better seal and last much longer than typical tips.Very comfortable too.
