    This arrived very very quickly was wrapped very well it was unfortunately not the version of alien that is in their picture. I was assured this was an oversight and due to their shipping agent. It was a gift they were so excited it was opened before I even got home and realized I was shipped something not what I ordered. They did say I could return it but they didn't offer free returns, and it was brand new in box . so it was a neutral interaction
