The product’s box was a little smashed but that was probably the fault of USPS.
It was supposed to be a gift, but the item inside appears to be fine.

6 of 7 found this helpful I used this product for 3 weeks, twice a day and noticed no difference at all. As a control, I only used it on one side of my face the entire time. I saw no noticeable difference in the side where I used the product vs the side where I did not use it.
