Replaced the same model
I like this camera for its small size and good image quality. I carry it when my SLR is too big to pack or too big to carry on a day trip. It fits in my pants pocket.
My first SX160 IS would not longer remember the date when turned off, even after I replaces the battery.
I decided to buy a used SX160 because I could not find a new camera of comparable quality that would run on AA batteries. We use rechargeable AAs for everything possible.
