A workmans favorite tool, a carvers favorite knive
First of all, if you people to respond, lighten-up, stop with all the do's and don'ts. Make it quick and drity.
This knive is excatly what I wanted for my carving. Yes, it is very stiff to open. I spent a fair bit of time preparing my knive.....penetrating oil, open and shut many times to loosen up. Rounded off the back of the blades, oiled the seath.
I spent half a day working my knive on all my cuts.........preformed great......looking forward to many years of pleasure. Highly recommended.
