The setup guide said to use the USB hub when connecting to PC, but that didn't work, however plugging it in without the hub worked fine so no problem there. Triggers on the controllers are a bit squeaky but still work fine. Had an issue with payment on my end, but seller was quick to respond and helped resolve it quickly. Overall, great deal for a great headset.
