Dyson Ball Animal + Upright Vacuum - Purple

Excellent suction but attachment hose too stiff

The suction is powerful and it deep cleans the carpet. My wife doesn’t like the attachment hose. It is too stiff and causes the vacuum tip over when she uses it. I have tried several times to stretch the hose to loosen it up, which has helped, but she still claims it tips over and wants to buy another brand.
