Roughly coated with shiny metal
1 of 1 found this helpful I do not think this is solid stainless-steel. It seems to be coated with shiny metal, and not that well. It has rough spots on it. If it were smooth solid surgical steel it would be a much better product. Especially for it's intended use in a very delicate and most sensitive location.
The shape is great, but the cheep construction ruins the whole experience.

Top of the Line****Always the best
This is the finest hardest German steel available. Of course it is the best. Very light weight and well balanced. I'm a chef, I use this knife every day, it is a work horse. Holds its edge, just an all around awesome piece of equipment.
