1 of 1 found this helpful I've used Golf Pride cord grips for years, but found these an improvement over the standard grip. They are easy to hang on to, even in sideways rain blown at 30mph in Ireland! I'll re-grip with these again for sure.

Just like the Real Deal
I tore the old one out and deconstructed it (I was curious how it was assembled). So when I got the new light, I took a look around. Solid, well built, fit right into place. It was exactly as pictured. Bummer for me that mine had a washer module attached (but not hooked up) that I tossed, and this one did not have that module. Bought a used washer and installed........looks fine. The washer head is chrome and fits into that dip on the headlight, left side in the picture. Given the price (less than $400) versus the Mini replacement ($1085), this does just fine.
The question I have is: Why does a Mini stamped light cost so much more than the same headlight assembly made by the same company that makes them for Mini?
