Definitely New
1 of 1 found this helpful New as described we installed them and they do work. I enjoyed the adhesive tape the strips came with since made it much easier to stick them on the TV.

Did not fix my issue
This EEPROM was professional installed we have all the proper tools since we are TV repair technicians. We made sure every connection on the chip was properly connected on the board. We put the main board back on the TV and it still does not work has the same function as before. Issue was Blinking orange and white constantly after trying to turn it on. This did not work. They claim it works on their page and on YouTube we went and gave it a shot no luck.

Fixed my issue on the Y-Main Board. They are definitely new and guaranteed to work.
