    I sent a full refund on my own as I accidentally clicked on accept refund and had no choice as buyer did not respond to my offer of partial refund. Have fun using your free card. Good job robbing people. I get negative feedback for giving him something for free? He could bend the piece back and use it, which is what he'll do. And he doesn't know to read so he never specified which kind of adapter he wanted with the purchase, which was clearly written in the ad. Avoid buyer.

not light, not stable, not portable
It is of good quality and very fast, I reached 17 mph indoors and would have gone faster if there was more space. However it is not ultra-lightweight at all. It is 17 pounds. And quite big, so definitely not easy to take on the bus etc. Also, it did not feel stable when I was turning or stopping on indoor corridors, so I don't think it can be used on the streets where you have to turn change direction etc often or when you have to get on and off sidewalks. It is a gimmick best used as toy. Also ask for the mileage of the scooter, mine said new open box but it had 50 miles on it and looked used.

no contact to battery poles as designed, needs taping.
you have to tape it really hard to the poles for it to maintain contact. after that it works.
