I'm Happy with this purchase.

I like the fresh approach that Roland has taken with the JdXi. It serves as a toolbox of different types of sounds, analog and FM, arpeggiator,drums, effects, storage, etc Although none of these functions are complete in themselves' the unit as a whole creates a fun and creative environment to experiment with new ideas.

Cons outweigh Pros

The cons outweigh the pros on this device Pro: slightly better sound than my Sharp TV built in sound Cons: Poor installation, didnt like my input labeling with no ARC support Limited customizability No override, cuts out TV speakers No option to set up bluetooth speakers, only Roku approved speakers, hard to find Poor documentation all around

Nice little unit

Ive owned 2 of these in the past year. One was stolen from my car, and I bought another one just like it. I use it almost every day to get around the area to see customers. I like the way it works, It has rarely failed me. It has a couple of minor quirks, but nothing that would make me get a different gps. After using it for almost a year, I think it is still a great unit. The Text to speech works nicely. Pros: Easy to use, Simple operation, Nice display, Excellent overall setup.Text to speech works nicely. Cons: Occasional annoying reset, Just a basic data bank for POI, Foggy documentation for learning to set parameters.
