Opened and no box. The information given was not exactly true.

Was this opened through the pandemic? It had been opened. I feel it may not be up to sendLeMar standards. The smell was not right. I have used this product for years. I have never seen a new jar look like it was opened. Could you give me your information on it. Did someone use this before me?
