  I was very impressed at the price, the condition and how it was packed to ship (something that seems to be ignored these days and one of the reasons I try to stay away from Amazon). The expediciency on shipping was impressive!!! Thank you. I do wish it had the "instruction manual" inside and didn't have to down load it in a pdi as you suggested but that is minor and ok considering the price was very pleasing. It looks great! I will have wait to see until my wife uses it to see how well it works

  Not nearly as much wear on the bag I thought there would be! Did not realize that the strap was just a shoulder strap and not the full crossbody strap that was originally made for this bag, but that's definitely my error as the buyer. Strap is same one that was in pics. Great seller. Accepted my best offer for the bag. Packed the bag well for shipping. Included everything that was photographed and bag is in the condition as was described. Would recommend and would buy from again. Thank you. :)
