dont buy if you have heart issues!!

i didnt see any warnings in the ad about heart trouble and possible interactions!! it should be made clear!! i have heart trouble and im trying to loose some weight!! i only took one and i thought it was going to kill me!! i had trouble all day long!! please warn people that if you have heart trouble? dont take any!!
