The deffanision of Assume is easily understood
From the research that I did , and needing this part for my 1968 Ford Falcon , it was supposed to work on the car . It was supposed to be the same as the original only with a different part number . Well , it looks the same , but the securing nub on this piece is TOO SMALL to lock into the attaching hole that is in the pedal bracket where this piece is to be installed . ( There is no way to have this piece stay in place ) Also , for a little piece of rubber that is made outside of the USA , and we all know where that is , the price is quite exorbitant !! I am hoping that I can install it on my car with Super Glue , and have it stay in place .

Lights iluminate well , but aren't good for classic car use .
These bulbs have a bright light to them , and that's about it . Compared to what they are supposed to replace in a regular bulb , the contacts are very flimsey and don't connect wel inside of the light socket . They recommended to replace the original bulbs in a car's gauge cluster , of which they most likely work in the modern day car . But as for working in a Classic car's gauge cluster they are too long and won't allow the socket to seat back into place and the contact in the light socket isn't very good .

Good brand name . Can't go wrong if buying !
Cleveland / H&G being a well known high quality machine tool name and product , a person can't go wrong buying such if the cost is well worth doing so .
