  Originally I had received a damaged MacBook Pro from the seller and tried to communicate with them the issues with it. It definitely wasn’t easy to get them to understand what was wrong going back n forth.But hopefully they learn to put every detail and note any problems in the description next time they sell and use good protection when sending like bubble wrap. In the end they gave a bit of a refund for the cosmetic damages. I’m sure this is a good person was just hard to communicate with.

  Buyer who expect a perfect laptop when buying used, like to exaggerate by calling fully functional items with normal signs of wear "dAmAgEd", like to twist things up by calling an enclosure with bubble padding "No bubble wrap" is not welcomed here. I'm just a casual seller trying to get rid of excess stuff, don't expect a silver service at this price. Now I lost more money than just letting the macbook to rust, just because of this buyer and their clever usage of ebay mechanics. Just wonderful!
