Get a little more from your old Core 2 duo

I swapped processors on a Dell Optiplex 330. It had a Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHZ. But I found out through forums that it would boot a Core2 Quad processor. It's one way to cheaply get more time from an older computer. Now Youtube works like it should, and Web browsing is normal. I suppose it almost warrants a cheap Video card if I wanted to sped things up a bit more.

Older machine still running POS

Optiplex are Dell Enterprise/small Business computers, with a high availability of replacement parts, they can be kept on the job for a long time. With Point of Sale system I have it was easier to make a clone with a matching system and keep downtime to a minimum.
