Poor design
1 of 1 found this helpful Keyboard connector design is poor and subject to break very easy. In order to upgrade ram, hard drive or anything else you have to remove the keyboard and the design of the connector is not durable. Each time you connect or disconnect the keyboard you run a high risk of damaging the pins on the motherboard and have to replace the entire board!

Just OK
Good product that prints clear with no leaks or smears. We use in a high volume office and this cartridge did not last very long. Nowhere need the 6400 pages advertised. Our cartridge lasted exactly 2 weeks clocking about 3900 pages of text (minimal graphics). Based on the price for two, I guess you could say it's a fair value but I would rather spend a little more if I could get more pages per cartridge. The value quickly disappears if I have to odrer 2 per month to get roughly what one cartridge should cover.
