    Flawed or defective
    When setting this computer up for the first time it didn't complete the setup process smoothly and in the end wouldn't allow me to log in to the computer. After fighting with it for a while I reset it back to factory defaults and started over. This time was able to get to the end by making a couple different choices. But it still wouldn't connect to the internet very well. Found some errors that with the help of google I was able to repair. After getting all the errors fixed I found that with only a browser open, the processor was at 80% and the ram was about 60% used. It was running very slow. Even though I read that microsoft Edge was even faster than Chrome, it crawled. I'm guessing that it was mostly because of the low resources (which in my opinion shouldn't really be low based on the physical hardware). So...I don't know what is the matter with this laptop...I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have bought it used...but it technically is still under warranty. Maybe I'll call Dell.
