Begnning Yoga

Got this as an alternative to hard core yoga masters videos. What I especially like about this video is he talks about why the poses are important, what they do for you as compared to what you do in your daily activity. Even more impressive was the fact that I could tell improvement from the first session to the second, Both my strength and balance were improved. That kind of feedback is hard to get with other exercise programs, quite motivating!
