replacement BT phones
light weight, good sound, printed instructions, easy to understand.
Feels flimsy and volume button not easy to press without pressing the "block" button- this only a slight inconvenience as neither of these button are regularly used.

not fit for purpose
Having read reviews I was aware of issues regarding hose coming off etc so I was very careful to follow instructions for use. Despit this the nozzel came off 2nd time I used it. I refitted the nozzel (yes it can be done relatively easily) twice but still it came off. Ibinned it and bought a normal hose.
I think the theory is good but more work needs to go into attachment problems.
