Not great.
The range on the A2 Lite remote is terrible, the buttons are WAY TOO LOUD (clickiness), no backlighting, and no IR functions.
Most of all is this device is overpriced, save your money and get an Aerb (others make it also) back-lit remote. It has IR learning, more functionality, and is $10 cheaper.

Perfect
Ordered, received in three days, called Cox and had them upgrade me to 150Mbit and switch over to the modem.
By the time my laptop booted the modem was synced, ran a speed test and pulled 186Mbit down.
Remember with cable modems, reboot them when connecting to a different device (PC, Router, etc) or you won't get an IP address.
