Good camera except one feature flaw

All my other Moultrie cameras are great like this one no issues but one. This one when I view the ad card will not format the files by date. They are in order of when they were taken (pictures and videos) but with out that it takes forever to go through and review. Called and they said that's the way it is! I tried different setting on my computer and different Sd cards but no luck.
