Worth your time. Wish he was here today.

Adams defense of Captain Preston and the British sentries at the trial of the Boston Massacre was condensed but nicely and accurately retold. Most of the summation were from the actual transcript. Adams would be a most welcome addition to todays political narrative from both sides of the duopoly.

Historical and poetic retelling of the birth of Christ

This is the kind of personal telling of the familiar story that reminds one why Mary and Joseph have been biblical heroes to millions. I particularly liked Oscar Isaac's understated portrayal of the protective and self sacrificial Joseph. While some reviewers didn't care the 3 wise men, I thought they added to this movie through their very believable performances as the pampered intellectuals of their day. Herod and Antipas are fittingly ruthless as history as revealed them to be. Very nice effort on the cultural aspects of the period. As good a movies as their is on the subject.
