  Unfortunately, my item arrived broken. I reached out to the seller, was told it was shipped via the method paid for and they asked where the foam was that was around it. The foam had to be removed to get to the item, unfortunately the foam only covered 2 sides and the rest was only wrapped in paper. I was told that I was responsible for the shipping costs back to them and then they'd refund me. I asked why it wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap and got no reply. The seller did send a refund.
