2 of 2 found this helpful The item was as described. It would have been perfect except for two things. First the tax charged on the sale was excessive. The tax charged was $9.81. Tax rate in NY State is 8%. Tax should have been $3.38 or somewhere in that range on an item costing $42.29 . Second the fixture came with two halogen bulbs enclosed in a package in each side of the fixture. One of them was broken and I had to spend an additional $5.00 to buy another one. The bulbs cannot be damaged once the are enclosed in each head of the light so that tells me it was broken when it was placed inside the unit. Other than that it will serve the purpose for which it was intended. The tax rate charged on the sale works out to be about 23.17%. Somebody is getting robbed!!!
