I immediately told buyer and told her I would send her product anyway and give her a full refund also but I'm having trouble getting the refund to her. It will not let me do it on my phone. If you could please assist me in giving her a refund for this product I would greatly appreciate it. If not I will continue to try to do it myself, thank you.
