I bought this phone for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She loved the phone after about 3 days of using it came apart. What a ripoff.I couldn't not return it to the owner because it had a 7 day return policy. So I took it to the Verizon Store and they said I would have to purchase another phone because they couldn't fix it. They said insurance will pay if your phone comes apart. I didn't know that. I was very disappointed so i brought it home and tighten the screws myself. The phone has been working fine ever since although the screen freeze up sometimes. Overall i think i got a good deal. Only if there's no more problems hopefully it will last for the rest of this year.I don't think i will buy another used one without asking if the screen freeze or if the phone has loose screws.
