accurate and powerful

just put in water turn on and twist the knob to the desired temperature, that's it! It's a sous vide machine - don't need the unnecessary wifi or phone connectivity on other models. 1100watts is powerful (higher end), less wait for the water to come up to temperature. overall, great value, excellent product.
