Works As Advertised, It's New, Not Used Like Those Others At Half The Price From China.

It Works As Advertised. If not, it means that your printer is having the issue, not the new printhead. I thought that the new printhead was defective, to be sure I purchased a another printer just like my other printer, same make and model number. I installed the new printhead into the second printer, and it worked like a charm. So now I have to figure out what's wrong with the first printer, probably a bad circuit board.
