If you need a basic phone, look elsewhere it is a P.O.S.! a waste of money!
10 of 12 found this helpful Out of the box, and with the accessories included, this phone seemed to be a good value. (seemed to be) I was in need of a second phone, and since I bought this same model at Walmart almost two years ago during a model close-out, and have had excellent reception and easy use of all the features, I decided to get the same easy to use basic phone - for calls and occasional messages. I am not in need of the ever popular "smart phone", I use a cell phone as an emergency communication device, not a novelty toy. I also utilize a prepaid ATT account to lower the overall monthly cost.
After installing a new sim card, the differences became very apparent. The main menu was not the same as my original ATT phone. Some of the menu items were misspelled or missing. I could deal with that, as long as the functions were the same. WRONG. The first time I tried to send a message - an error appeared -"unable to send" and resend did nothing. The quality of regular calls was acceptable, IF and WHEN it WOULD OBTAIN A SIGNAL. The screen was hard to read in a dimly lighted room, and FORGET about daylight, everything was washed-out and unreadable. I couldn't even see the clock since the display was only available in black. It took pictures like it should, but forget about sending them to somebody else, or extracting them for viewing.
In the same area at the same time as my ATT phone, this phone would lock into "emergency only", or "no service mode" making it impossible to make calls. After several hours of researching programming options, and trying to update or enable basic features that should have been included, I gave up on this P.O.S.
The final straw occurred when I needed to contact my wife from home for a semi-emergency, and no matter where I positioned myself, or how many times I rebooted the phone, I could not make a call, and got the message "call failed" every time. She arrived a short time after, and had a full signal on her phone. This phone has outdated software and 2006 menu options for generic FOREIGN use that are severely limited for normal use in the USA. I believe that it is an obvious Chinese "knockoff" of the original Motorola V3 Razr (which the misspelled menu items should have been my first clue) and is not worth the trouble or frustration it has caused. I just recently had enough of this B.S. and smashed it against a concrete floor, and threw it in the trash where it belongs.

Works well, and a good value.
The drain pump fit my whirlpool washer well, and the instructions for the wire connections were clear and easy to understand. It made a huge difference in the overall washer operation.

Factory part with correct fit
This Radiator Support bracket is the OEM replacement and it fit well.
