    Item was promised to be shipped 3 days after purchase. It wasn’t shipped until 6 days, and arrived late. Item was packed well. The item was not polished - completely ruining this 2000 dollar piece. This was not shown in pictures. It was not mentioned in the description. Tied my money up for 2 weeks for poor description of product. Bad experience. People communicated and tried to make it right - but this was a poor experience.

    This shouldn’t be allowed for neg feedback. It was a simple return cause buyer didn't want. I was in constant communication with him. Told him it would be at least wed before ship, as soon as he bought. He didn’t like that it was cleaned, it wasn't polish. I said no problem, I have a 30 day return policy if dont want. He returned. I refunded him. I dont know what else could’ve done. I offered assistance the whole time. Some people are impossible to please. Pls know u will always get good service
