Shipped via USPS; package arrived damaged with tea set items broken. I am awaiting for pictures of damaged items and will process a claim with USPS as soon as received. USPS advises via their website that all boxes, packing and damaged items be retained by the recipient for inspection and approval/denial of claim. They will not honor the claim without that information. Please be advised that I am working with the the client and awaiting this information from her to process paperwork.
