It Is The Best!
Recently, I suffered from lightheadedness everyday. I did not know what was causing it. By the grace of my Lord Jesus Christ, he allowed me know it was coming from my neck. I have been a gym rat for many years and my neck has taken a beating. I went on the Mayo Clinic website and found some neck and shoulder stretches. Even though I already had an ointment from another popular manufacturer, I wanted something pre/post workouts. I went online and found Cramergesic. I read all of the instructions and reviews and decided to try it. I am so glad I did! Now, I do my stretches and rub the appropriate areas with Cramergesic before and after workouts. I even use it if I am not working out. I like the fact that it is not hot, however, I can feel a nice warmth that let's me know it is working below the surface. It is almost a cool warmth, if there is such a thing. Oh, by the way, I am no longer lightheaded. I plan to never be without this stuff.
