Could have easily given 5 stars
2 of 3 found this helpful If not for having to hold the on/off switch I would have given 5 stars. The sharpener is awesome for knives and scissors.
However the design is flawed IMHO.
Holding the switch is a "safety" feature I assume. Perhaps the ones who require "Safety" features shouldn't have sharp objects to begin with. I'll replace the switch with an on/off to my liking. I may even straight wire it and use a breaker for turning it on or off. Warranty be Damned.
If my review gets posted I still recommend the Smiths sharpening system. The price and ability to sharpen "relatively" easily almost make up for the switch

Vibrations are Great. Everything from a soft Purr to a Jet Tubine!! Wireless is Awesome.
