I need what I paid for.

First. I thought I was buying a computer with Window 10 operatong system. They sent me a Microsoft 7 system. Secondly, after complete set_up, it doesnot work. I get a sentence that reads, Auto detect In power save mode. I am behind schedual and very frustrated. I am loosing money. I need a working computer. Send me what I paid for.
