Suppose to be new...
Came new in box like described, easy application, perfect black color, & wears for hours. The 3 stars is because after 1 week of use it was out. Urban Decay is an awesome product, this will not discourage me from continuing to use U.D. products.

Very, Very Light Colors
Very, very light colors. Can't hardly see the colors once applied, even with a primer. Only color in this palette you can tell you're wearing is the black.
