It can be diluted a bit with some tap water and it improves the application process and makes your 4oz product go MUCH further.
I rarely (if ever) leave a product review, but this "treatment cream" is life altering - no exaggeration. AND the price per unit, HAS to be pennies!!!
This is the best beauty skin care SECRET and it is not filled with unnecessary fillers or fragrances. It SIMPLY WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!
