  I tell ya what, tritan0911 is a solid Cat. I explained how the isane shipping charge was so astronomically friggin high, that it took me out of my budget. We haggled for about.... not at all!! Dude took my first offer ( I basically offered him a fair, no haggle price that I comfortably could swing the payment.   This seller is RUDE sold me a item that had been repaired once before broken again in shipping blame the post office. Asking for partial refund got all rude will be sending her broken item back to her for a full refund & I will make sure the post office know it was broken before because I think it was her plan the whole time was to file a claim & make more money. Stay away from seller come off as all god is great but she is a phony!!!!

  I offered a complete refund within ten minutes of the buyer reporting the damage. I also included the prepaid return shipping label& my apologies. Please view my other sold items feedback; all positive and of much more value than this doll. I ship in new boxes and take pride in shipping well for the buyer. I really think it is because of my God is Great comment. Seemed to get very angry about it, and the anger showed in his comment. Also, it was never shipped back. I'll pray for you brother.
