A snap?

Ad says “tool makes finding top dead center ...a snap”. But it’s only “a snap” if the tool is used with a degree wheel . Without the degree wheel (and access to install it ) the tool in issue is useless. PUT IT IN THE AD!

Craftsman Industrial tools were supposedly all made in the USA.However these pieces are made in China, and not properly marked with country of origin , as required by federal law.
