Jive Aces
This band are probably the most hardworking group in the UK. They bill themselves as "The UK's No.1 Jive and Swing Band" and its almost true!! (if the only played in the UK then it would be true - but they play all over the world. You might say that they are one of the top Jive and Swing Bands on the globe..)
If you get a chance to see them Live then don't miss it. (Check out their international tour dates).
Not very many groups play as well Live as on CD (or visa-versa) but these guys are in a different league.
Although Planet Jive is an earlier CD it really captures the bands energy and is well worth getting.
My all time favorite track is still Junky Joe, but Fever on their latest Album
"Recipe For Rhythm" is a very close 2nd.
