Item new, wrapped, in perfect condition, and works on my standard DVD player as described. Seller didn't reply to my first message but was responsive right away after I started one of those formal requests saying I didn't receive my item yet. Couldn't find this movie sold anywhere else so I am very happy I found it here. So happy I bought this.. thank you!

Delivery speed out of seller's hands. Contacted seller and they were quick to offer refund for item for not showing up. Fortunately, I waited a bit longer and it did come through but I appreciate the quick response if a refund was needed. Tracking never updated so patience may be required.

International shipment tool longer than expected, and tracking data shows last update on September 05, 2022. These are clearly out of the control of the seller.The item was well packaged and arrived in great condition.Would purchase from this seller again, I just need to practice a little more patience with international shipping.
