Shears and knife set
These are nice quality items. Parer is nice and sharp with good balance and a sturdy handle. The red logo is a paper sticker that comes off easily with the first washing. The shears are very sturdy and sharp. They come apart for easy cleaning. The hinge is tight with no slop at all, making for a clean accurate cut. They would be great garden shears as well, because they have a notch in one blade that would be perfect for cutting flowers, or pruning plants. That notch also works well for opening shipping boxes, insert the notched blade under the flap and pull the hooked section along the tape. Safer than a razor knife.

Prepare to make it fit
This kit looked nicely made out of the package and is at a fine price point, however, prepare to do some filing and sanding to make it fit properly. The rear support bearing (not part of the kit) would not slide over the end of the shaft, requiring the nose of the shaft to be sanded down with some emery cloth. Likewise the slot for the woodruff key was too narrow and required filing the groove with a needle file to widen it. Thankfully, the depth of the groove was ok. Also the gear and shaft would bind up when the housing was tightened up. I had to tighten the housing bolts to just barely snug and hope they won't vibrate out down the line. This should have been a quick easy bolt together operation, but was not. For that reason I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this item. I just hope it will last. I'm crossing my fingers.

Solid replacement
This replaced a Carling switch on a dust collector. It has a little higher amp rating than the original. The handle of this switch is slightly shorter and the threaded collar is a bit shorter as well. This was of no consequence in my application, as it only needed to go through sheet metal. It was plug and play. It seems to be a solid piece.
