Clear and concise book with the answers!
A great book for IGCSE home education - especially as it has the answers - no need to buy the teachers resource! Lovely clear layout of the questions, great worked examples and tips on how to achieve the best marks. I would certainly recommend.

Great book aimed perfectly for linking practical with basic theory.
Totally recommend this book to anyone home educating - my son and I have really enjoyed going through this which introduces the concepts really well, has a little knowledge check to ensure understanding and lots of ideas for practical recipes which relate well to the concept. A really good way to encourage cooking and learning useful concepts at the same time.
