Not dimmable, harsh light
Very harsh white light, not the warm light I was lead to believe they would be. They do not dim but stay very bright even with the dimmer down low. Bought for a chandelier in a cozy dining room so cannot use at all.. Very disappointed...

A refreshing change
Product is exactly as it says .. this review is really for the company... I ordered this item at 2.30 pm on the Friday, having spoken to the nice lady on the phone to confirm that they could send it out immediately. I was desperate for the part.
It was dispatched within the hour and arrived first thing Saturday morning. Fitted by 11 am and therefore my downtime was negligible. Such a refreshing change to find a company that a) cares and b) is efficient enough to do as they say they can. Usually have to wait days to get a part dispatched even though I pay 1st class postage.. (what's the point in that?) I couldn't recommend these guys more...Thank-you Ben
