Sorry to say, will never purchase from this company again. Firstly delivery was a week late, seller did not communicate that their shipment was late, just left me to contact eBay to find out where it was. When originally purchased, pictures showed gutter lance and free 600ml oil with purchase. Neither came in the package and they have since changed the listing so the accessories are sold separately or as a bundle. The original listing had no such options and pictures showed it came with them.

Tracking was added to the order for you to track the parcel, we receive no messages from you regarding delivery so weren't to know this had been delayed. Great little machine does as it says on the tin so to speak, only criticism is the instructions were not printed very clearly so was a bit of a job seeing the detail but not a deal breaker, so all good.
