Yeast
It arrived in a hard block. When opened it was same looking yeast as in packets! I use 2 1/4 tsps. As one packet of yeast! Have made cinnamon rolls and bread! After you open it says to refrigerate. I keep in brown paper bag in fridge! Highly recommend!!!
